Salice's 023 sunglasses are an "all sports" model due to their weight of just 31 grams, the result of a frame that profiles only the upper part of the lens and stops at the height of the arms. The large polycarbonate lens, thanks to the HC - High Contrast treatment, improves, as is easy to imagine, the contrast and separation of visible colors, thus creating a greater sense of depth and therefore optimizing performance. More than this peculiarity, there are also two more treatments: the anti-reflective, which eliminate glare, and the hydrophobic one, which makes water and dust slide away. The protection, however, is UV400 and guarantees maximum coverage from ultraviolet rays. The 023 model is molded in Grilamid while the inside of the terminals are in anti-slip Megol rubber. The almost invisible nose pad is also made of Megol rubber, which allows it to rest directly on the face and prevents it from slipping. There are several lenses available for this model: in addition to the different colors mirrored ones as per the catlogue, there is a second orange lens but also the RWX by NXT produced by Barberini Sun Solution photochromic mirrored cat. 1-3 capable of adapting to any light intensity and switching from category 1, when not activated, to category 3 in the presence of brighter conditions with the external appearance of an intense blue. The 023 model is designed for mounting the OPTIK B6 KIT which allows the use of lenses with a maximum dioptric correction of 3.5 and supports base 4 ophthalmic lenses.
