The 030 model from Salice Occhiale features a single, cylindrical, base-6 polycarbonate lens with a compact size and a particularly teardrop shape. The lens is attached to the frame at the front, in the central section. The arms have a traditionally shaped first section – and host the Salice logo - followed by a thinner section with an unusual shape, which makes them more stable when worn. Arms and frame are molded from Grilamid, with a Megol rubber nose pad and temple lining. The lens cut was designed to direct airflow to the lens, reducing fogging. Ideal for all aerobic disciplines, from cycling to ski mountaineering and running on any surface, the 030 model is protective, lightweight, as well as extremely stable when worn. Regarding lens options, customers have two options. With a mirrored RW lens (category 3), they will receive a second RW Radium lens (category 1). In the RWX version, they will receive the RWX by NXT lens produced by Barberini Sun Solution, a photochromic mirrored lens category 1-3 (from a subtle sheen to a deep blue mirrored), while the second lens provided will be a mirrored RW lens (category 3).
