That’s why the best athletes in the Italian Nordic skiing team have decided to use the 829 goggles, a real Salice classic. Marianna Longa of Valtellina, brothers Fabio and Renato Pasini of Bergamo, the young rising star Silvia Rupil and the winner of the World Cup in long-distance skiing, Fabio Santus, start the new season with all the technicality and great experience of the Salice staff.
Specifically designed for cross-country skiing, ski enthusiasts are very familiar with these evergreen and constantly updated goggles.
The multi-purpose and multi-accessorised 829 model is available with an adjustable elastic band and easily interchangeable temples. It also comes with an additional nose-pad when worn as sunglasses. Ideal for cross-country skiers, this model has a comfortable fit. The Grilamid frame is light and sturdy, also at very low temperatures. The lenses are in polycarbonate with an anti-fog coating. Available in grey, blue, white, black and the incomparable “Italia†model: white frame printed with the colours of the Italian flag. A special “optic kit†(sold separately) is also available, which is inserted inside the frame for customers who wear eyeglasses.
Street price: starting from 78 euro depending on the type of lenses. The Italia model costs 90 euro.
